	Julana's Biography
	Julana Torres teaches salsa dancing in the Portland-Metro area. She is also one of the lead singers with the Bobby Torres Ensemble and she is Bobby's daughter. Julana has studied dance since she was old enough to walk. For 3 years she was a lead dancer for the Jefferson Dancers. She has traveled to Cuba and Puerto Rico to add to her knowledge. In 2002 she won the McMenamin's Salsa Dance contest. Presently, Julana teaches at numerous dance schools throughout the city and choreographs musicals for the Portland, Gresham, and Beaverton high school districts. Annually, she conducts dance seminars in Salem and Portland.
		Julana inspires the audience to dance.
